All of our beef comes from Cane Creek Farm
in Snow Camp, North Carolina. The cows are a
South Devon breed and are grass fed and free
range. All of our pork comes from Sandy
River Pork, a sustainable small pork farm
near Axton, Virginia. All of the animals are
raised without hormones and antibiotics.
