The Barn
Our retail area has several functions;
The Barn Restaurant
The restaurant gives the chef the
opportunity to feature all the products from the Brewery, the
Butchery and the Farm. The menu concept is very different: It is
not the chef who decides what to have on the menu for the entire
year, but the fresh products from the butchery and the farm will
determine what the chef will offer. The goal of the restaurant
is to entice the customer to buy the products to go from the
Barn Store and try various recipes at home.
The Barn Store
This store features not only all our beers to
go, in either 1 liter flip top bottles and ˝ liter bottles and
cases, but also all our meats and vegetables are on offer.
“Goodness Grows in North Carolina”
Most small farms who offer
value added products are marketing these under a NCDA logo. We
have an entire section dedicated only for local products with
this approved logo.
Freshness and knowing where everything comes from is the
cornerstone of the store concept.
The Outside Courtyard
We have close to an acre of fenced in grass area, which
customers share with goats and other farm animals. The area also
features a site for a large tent, which is used for various
festivals and events.
The Attic
A 4,000 sq. ft. area overlooking the brewery is
available for local arts groups for arts exhibits and shows, as
well as for indoor music festivals and fundraisers.
