Brewery, Butchery and Eco Farm on the Outer Banks,
NC.

Located on 24 acres in Jarvisburg, NC on Highway 168/158 between Norfolk, Virginia and the Outer Banks of North Carolina. Come and observe North Carolina’s oldest micro brewery. Sample some of the finest beef and pork from our in house butchery and smoke house.

Butchers Market
We offer our meats to take home. Brayburn Farm supplies our hormone free Red Devon beef, Cane Creek Farm supplies all our pork products. Our first true home made sausage is a pork/beef mix, using Weeping Radish Beer as part of the sausage making process (we trust the beer makes it into the sausage rather than being consumed by the sausage maker!)

Beer Tasting and Buying Station

Our beer is now only available at this location on the Outer Banks in Jarvisburg, NC. Relax at the bar to sample the beers brewed right there, buy beer to go in Liter bottles, or bring your empty liters for refills. It does not get any fresher!

The Butchery & Smoke House
We have a Joint Venture with Gunther Kuehle, he is a 4th Generation German Master Butcher. His equipment is already here, the room is ready for installation and soon we hope he will be here starting up our own butchery. We will continue to buy meats directly from farms, we will receive the meat after it has been handled by a US Department of Agriculture inspected facility.

We also have a large smoke house, this is a computerized high tech equipment, which will allow us to smoke meats with varying types of wood chips.

We will also have a fish prep room, which we will use for smoked fish products.

The Brewmaster will access the smoke house in order to create smoked beers (Rauchbeer). This will be the only brewery with its own smoke room!
